Greetings, I apologize for the long delay in getting everyone information regarding an assistance fund in memory of David.

 Unfortunately, all of the financial institutions were closed yesterday in observance of Veterans Day. An account has now established for David's family. We felt there would be an immediate need to help his family financially, so we opted to set up the David Martin Assistance Fund. All of the money donated to this account will be given to Gretchen in hopes of lessening the financial obligations she may have inherited due to David's untimely death. There are two ways you can make donations. 1) Send a check or money order to: 4139 Spring Cove Drive Duluth, GA 30097 Made payable to the "David Martin Assistance Fund". 2) Go to any First Union or Wachovia Bank and transfer funds or make a deposit to account number 1010060510338. If anyone has any questions regarding the account, you may contact myself or Stephen Kelleher, Financial Specialist at First Union who set the account up. Stephen can be contacted at 770.497.4149. 

Unfortunately, I do not have any information on the Florida College fund referenced last week. You may be able to obtain information from the college if you contact them directly. 

I've received many requests for Gretchen's address to send cards to. The address is: 138 Durham Street Marrieta, GA 30064 Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Please forward on to anyone you know who is not on this distribution list. Unfortunately, my contact list couldn't begin to cover the scope of people who knew David and want to help.
